If you are using the Incident functionality of the Support Module, you may very well want to link incoming e-mails to an Incident. How do you do this easily?
The simple answer is that you need to add the Incidents folder to the Link Items menu.
- Right click on the Incidents folder and select Properties
- Then click on the MX-Contact tab.
- Check the box marked Include in Link Items Menu. You need to be an administrator of MX-Contact to do this
- Click Ok & Restart Outlook.
