How do I add a folder to the Link Items Menu?

If you are using the Incident functionality of the Support Module, you may very well want to link incoming e-mails to an Incident. How do you do this easily?


The simple answer is that you need to add the Incidents folder to the Link Items menu.
  1. Right click on the Incidents folder and select Properties


  2. Then click on the MX-Contact tab.


  3. Check the box marked Include in Link Items Menu. You need to be an administrator of MX-Contact to do this

  4. Click Ok & Restart Outlook.
