The purpose of this Information Sheet is to describe the various reporting options available in MX-Contact

This document should assist you in answering the following typical questions that are asked:

  • How do I generate reports on the data I’ve entered in MX-Contact.

  • Can I export the data the Excel so I can produce my own charts, pivot tables, etc?

  • How do I query my database to extract only items meeting certain specified criteria?


There are essentially 4 options with regards to extracting information from MX-Contact.

  • Outlook Views

  • Crystal Reports
