Much of the success of any project is due to the quality, experience, and commitment of the project team responsible for the implementation. All project team members must be dedicated to the success of the project. As with every project, problems and unexpected situations will arise. The project members must be a cooperative team that can draw on their own expertise as well as the skills of the other team members. We encourage you to appoint well qualified, team players onto the Project Team.

If you have elected to "Do-It-Yourself", then it is still a good idea to go through the list of resources specified below, so as to satisfy yourself that someone is assuming responsiblity for each role defined, even if it is one or two people that will be doing everything.

For Remote and On-Site Implementations, we will (jointly) designate a Project Team consisting of a combination of the following Resources. Although we have split them into ExchangeWise and Client Resources, most functions could be performed by either company, or by a designated third party.
