ExchangeWise Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overall implementation of the project. He/she coordinates the daily efforts of each project team member and monitors each task and milestone.

The Project Manager liaises with the Client Project Leader to review the progress being made on each task. The Project Manager and the Project Leader resolve special situations that arise.

The Project Manager is directly responsible for the following:

Project Management
Project Scheduling and Reporting
Change Control

If any delays in the current schedule arise or other problems develop, the Project Manager is responsible for making recommendations after consulting with the Project Leader, and offering suggestions as to what might be done to bring the schedule back within the planned timelines.

The Project Manager requires the following skills and experience:

At least 3 years experience in systems implementation
An extensive knowledge of CRM Systems
High level technical skills
Good communication skills
