The purpose of this Instruction Sheet is to describe the Task Management aspects of MX-Contact.

This document should assist you in answering the following typical questions that are asked:

  • How can I use MX-Contact to track what needs to be done for each client?

  • How can I categorise my tasks so I can work on certain kinds of tasks at any one time?

  • How can I automate the creation of a pre-defined task list of things that usually have to be done in a sequence, say for a particular event.
