Professional Services Fees are only applicable for Remote and On-Site Implementations.
These fees are broken up into:

A Project Administration Fee which covers project planning, management, communication and the implementation process, including the Business Analysis/Requirements Definition, and completion of all the documents in the Implementation Pack. Excluded are the items covered under the Monthly Project Fee.
A Monthly Project Fee which covers Project Meetings and Project Status Reports (only applicable for On-Site Implementations).
A number of Implementation Time & Material Units. These units cover the services that are billed on an hourly basis such as Configuration, Customisation, Testing, Documentation, etc. From the Business Analysis an estimate is made of the number of units that is likely to be required. One unit is billed up-front and the additional units are billed as each unit is 'consumed'. Time Sheets will be provided as a record of usage.
