Once the Business
Analysis is complete, a time and cost estimate is made for each
task and the project plan changed accordingly. As soon as this is
approved the tasks are assigned to the ExchangeWise project team
members.
We believe that the best way to implement a system is to work closely
with the users of the system as customisations are made. For this
reason, we request that we work in constant contact with your key
users.
Once a task has been started, the consultant involved makes the
change and then presents it as soon as possible to your user(s)
for review.
In many instances changes that your user may request can be accomplished
within a few minutes, and again presented to the user for review.
Through this process, only made possible by the flexibility of
MX-Contact, we are able to deliver to your users a system that works
right before training starts. |
