After 90 days of using MX-Contact, we strongly recommend the Post Implementation Review. During this review, we liaise with key department managers to determine

	If the system is being used to its fullest advantage and if key features are being used correctly
	What minor enhancements can be made to provide some quick, effective improvements

We also offer review training on whatever topics require refreshing. We can conduct additional training for any user that is interested.
