During this step your IT environment is audited
so that we know you have the required hardware and software on both
server and client machines for MX-Contact to run smoothly and efficiently.
Prior to the MX-Contact products being installed,
the following system environment needs to be set and tested:

Microsoft Windows NT Server / Windows
2000 installed and configured |

Microsoft Exchange Server installed
and configured. |

Microsoft Exchange Server User Groups
setup. |
|
MX-Contact Root Public Folder designated. |
|
Windows NT / Windows 2000 file permissions
set and Exchange Folder permissions set. |
Once the above tasks are complete
then the test environment is ready to be installed. Once installed,
this environment will be used by the Client to test any customisation
or development done to the system as defined during the Business
Analysis.
