The rollout is started only after the MX-Contact system
has been well tested and the users are comfortable with it. In fact,
we encourage the users to "play" with the training database
with their own workstation or laptop for a few days before using
the system in a production environment.
Rollouts are usually done in stages with some teams/departments
using the product before others. In this way we have the opportunity
to focus our support and to correct any problems that arise before
they impact the entire team.
