Purchasing Product Maintenance ensures that your system keeps pace with the latest technologies. The annual Maintenance Contract includes:
MX-Contact Product Updates: From time to time ExchangeWise may develop permanent fixes or solutions to known problems or bugs in MX-Contact and incorporate them into a formal “Update” to the software. If you have a current Maintenance Contract, ExchangeWise will provide you the Update and related Documentation, both at no additional charge.
MX-Contact Product Upgrades: From time to time ExchangeWise may release to its end user licensees a major revision to MX-Contact which adds new and different functions or capabilities to the software. If you have a current Maintenance Contract, ExchangeWise will provide you with the Upgrade or Release and related Documentation, both at no additional charge.
Direct notification of free software updates of products related to MX-Contact (such as Outlook), including hot fixes, service releases, and documentation updates.
Quarterly Technical Newsletter with software tips and tricks.
Priority response to error reports.
Option to participate in the beta test program for the next versions of MX-Contact so you have a voice in product development.
Priority consideration for product suggestions to help us shape the next version of MX-Contact with the features that are most useful to our customers.
Access to technical white papers & product roadmap.
Cost
20 % of the list price for all MX-Contact licenses being supported. The cost of the first year's Product Maintenance is included in the price of all software.
Maintenance Schedule
ExchangeWise estimates Software Updates every quarter and one Software Upgrade per year.
