Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for documenting the requirements of the company as a whole and of each division in turn.

The Business Analyst:

Becomes familiar with the structure, nature of business and operational processes of each department or business unit.
Documents the high-level requirements of each division in the Business Overview Document.
Documents the detailed requirements in the User Requirements Document.

The Business Analyst requires the following skills and experience:

At least 2 years experience in systems implementation
An extensive knowledge of CRM Systems
Good communication and documentation skills
