The Business Analyst is responsible for documenting the requirements
of the company as a whole and of each division in turn.
The Business Analyst:

Becomes familiar with the structure, nature of
business and operational processes of each department or business
unit. |

Documents the high-level requirements
of each division in the Business Overview Document. |
 |
Documents the detailed requirements
in the User Requirements Document. |
The Business Analyst requires the following skills and experience:
 |
At least 2 years experience in systems implementation |
 |
An extensive knowledge of CRM Systems |
 |
Good communication and documentation skills |
