The Configuration Consultant is responsible for configuring the system to meet specific requirements. This can include:

	System setup and configuration
	Configuration/Customisation of Forms/Reports
	Documentation
	Data Import/Conversion

The Configuration Consultant requires the following skills and experience:

	At least 2 years experience in CRM systems implementation
	A detailed knowledge of MX-Contact, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Report Writer and VB Script
	Experience with the MX-Contact configuration environment and implementation procedures
