The Developer is responsible for the execution of specific tasks in the project plan, which can include:

	Advanced Customisation
	Development of external applications
	Integration of external data sources into MX-Contact

The Developer requires the following skills and experience:

	At least 2 years of relevant Visual Basic Programming experience
	A detailed knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook programming, the Microsoft Outlook Object Model, Microsoft SQL Server programming and the Visual Basic Programming environment
