Client Product Specialist

For each of the key functional areas (e.g. inside sales, field sales, marketing and support) and/or each Business Unit/Division being implemented, there should be a Client Product Specialist.

Each MX-Contact Product Specialist should be fully aware of the special needs and operational procedures of his or her respective areas.

The MX-Contact Specialists are responsible for:

Identifying and defining the specific needs of their respective areas in the User Requirements Document
Becoming thoroughly conversant with all aspects of MX-Contact
Assisting in the training of the members of their departments in the use and operations of MX-Contact
Requires project management and system administration expertise as well as knowledge of each business unit/division's organisation and requirementsRecording problems that are experienced with MX-Contact and communicating these problems in the specified format to the Project Manager

The MX-Contact Specialist requires the following skills and experience:

An extensive knowledge of the Business Unit/Division's business and technical requirements
An extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and MX-Contact functionality
Good communication skills
