Client Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator manages the required network and Exchange Server components necessary for the MX-Contact client/server installation and is responsible for the related hardware and system software, such as the Microsoft NT servers. The Systems Administrator must have the skill sets with Microsoft NT and Exchange Server or attend the required courses in order to obtain these skills.

The Systems Administrator is responsible for:

Implementation of the necessary hardware and system software
Maintaining the MX-Contact Public Folders
Installation and support of the MX-Contact application
Backup of all specified files

The Systems Administrator requires the following skills and experience:

At least 1 year experience in software installation, operating systems, Exchange and SQL Server administration
Preferably a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
A detailed understanding of NT Server Users & Groups, Windows 2000 Active Directory Users & Groups, Microsoft Exchange Users, Permissions and Replication configuration.
