Technical Support is broken down into 5 different categories:

Free Technical Support: Customers are able to access free Basic Technical Support by visiting The ExchangeWise Document Centre and searching the knowledge base or posting a basic technical support issue.
Complementary Technical Support: In addition to Knowledge Base Support (which is always free), customers are entitled to a certain amount of complementary support with the initial purchase of their MX-Contact software.
Knowledge Base Support: Customers are able to access free support by visiting The ExchangeWise Document Centre and searching the knowledge base.
Basic Technical Support: Certain issues are classified under Basic Technical Support. All issues logged on The ExchangeWise Document Centre that are classified as Basic Support issues and responded to via the Forum do not incur a support charge.
Advanced Technical Support: Customers may contact ExchangeWise to receive "Advanced" support per incident. Advanced support is defined as features or functionality that could require modifications to the program in order to utilize in a customized fashion.

Customers may elect one of 2 different Support Plans in order to receive support services that are chargeable, namley Basic and Advanced Technical Support.
