This Document is designed to assist in describing
how MX-Contact can be used to record details of the companies and
contacts that you deal with. It also discusses what information
you can store and how you can categorise and profile the entities
that you deal with, namely Companies, Contacts and Groups.
This document should assist you in answering the following typical
questions that are asked:
- How can I profile the clients I deal with so that I collect
and record the relevant information?
- How do I relate/link contacts to companies?
- How do I modify the picklists associated with the various fields
used to classify companies and contacts?
